It’s all about change!

Change beliefs about yourself and the surrounding world

Breakfree Psychology was named because, in over my many years working as a Psychologist, Therapist, Counsellor, Teacher, Coach and Mentor, the greatest need I see in those clients I work with is to bring about “change” , change in thought patterns, change in behaviour patterns, change in beliefs about the world at large, change in beliefs about their personal life experience, change in self belief, change in beliefs about their family context, change in beliefs about interacting in the world around them.

Over a career spanning 45 years as a teacher, psychologist, therapist,  mentor and coach I am fully convinced that the key to LIFE HAPPINESS is CHANGE.

I draw from all contemporary therapeutic modalities in tailoring counselling sessions to each individual’s life problems and willingness to change.

Q: What works?
A: Hypnotherapy & Relaxation

Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: It varies with individual coping styles but typically 1 x 1hr session to work out your needs followed by 2 x 2 hour sessions, or 3 x 1.5 hour sessions.

Q: How do I know what my coping style is?
A: Using some simple questions and identifying your Personality type will fairly accurately describe your coping style.
